Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of cairnct.com, our demo phone line, and our booking page. Cairn is a small business in Ellington, Connecticut, run by Ollie Galeota. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What this site is

This site describes the services Cairn offers. Prices shown are starting prices, not an offer or a quote. Any paid service is set up under a separate written agreement that lists the price, what's included, and the terms. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

2. The demo line

3. The calculator

The missed-call calculator gives a rough estimate based only on the numbers you enter. It is not a promise of results.

4. Booking a call

The 15-minute call is free and comes with no obligation. If you can't make it, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.

5. AI receptionist services for clients

For businesses that sign up, the AI receptionist answers calls and takes messages. It does not quote prices, book jobs, or make commitments for the business. The business is responsible for following up with its callers and for its own legal duties to them. Every receptionist we build tells callers at the start that the call is recorded, and we will not remove that notice.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or the demo line to harass anyone, send spam or automated calls, try to break or overload our systems, or do anything illegal.

7. Our content

The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Cairn. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

8. No warranties

The site, the demo line, and the calculator are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and running, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free or always available.

9. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Cairn is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including missed calls or lost jobs, from using this site, the demo line, or the calculator. Our total liability for any claim about them is limited to $100. A separate written service agreement may set different terms for paying clients.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

11. Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
